It is particularly valuable for new properties or those without an extensive booking history. The PRO version enables you to set optimal pricing from day one of your operations, drawing on current market trends and competitor activity.

Preparation form
Before our meeting, we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire. This allows us to understand your current tools and prepare thoroughly for the entire implementation process.
Online consultation
During the meeting, we review your sales channels (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia), your pricing structure and how it is connected to your hotel system. We also highlight specific opportunities to optimise your offer, including the use of rate inheritance mechanisms, ensuring the algorithm performs at its best. In the PRO version, we additionally identify properties that represent your direct competition.

What should you prepare before implementation?
The quality of your data directly impacts the effectiveness of the system's recommendations. The better your input data, the higher your potential revenue.
Historical data
We recommend at least 12 months of data, with 3 years being optimal. This allows the system to accurately reflect your property's seasonality. A lack of a full year of data may initially reduce the precision of the analysis. If you are operating a new property without booking history, it is worth considering the PRO version. In such case, Price Recommender will base its initial pricing on an analysis of your local competitors.
Consistency of reservation data
Each reservation should be assigned to the appropriate rate plan. The more structured and consistent your data, the faster the system will learn the specifics of your business.
Variable costs
Include costs that depend on the guest's stay (e.g. cleaning services outsourced to a third-party agency). This allows the Price Recommender to optimize for real net profit, not just revenue.
Key historical events
To better forecast demand, we need a list of the most important events in your area, along with their impact on occupancy and pricing.
Clear pricing structure
For best results, we recommend one base rate plan per distribution channel, with other rates calculated automatically (e.g. through price derivation). Additionally, we require information about room configuration (size, occupancy) and recommend hiding technical rooms within the reservation system.
